Small three-quarter size violin. Probably early 20th century. Labelled 'copie de Antonius Stradivarius etc' Red-brown varnish. One-piece back with irregular flame. Bright, robust tone with plenty of power for a small violin. Condition: Some deep scratches in the varnish around the bridge area, and a small chip out of the very top of the scroll. Otherwise just the usual light dings for an instrument of this age. Set up with Helicore strings, new pegs, bridge and Wittner tailpiece. Price: €350
